Both Mirrors Inoperative In Either UP/DOWN Or LEFT/RIGHT Direction A 
One Mirror Inoperative In UP/DOWN Direction, LEFT/RIGHT Direction Operates Normally B 
One Mirror Inoperative In LEFT/RIGHT Direction, UP/DOWN Direction Operates Normally C 
One Mirror Inoperative In Both UP/DOWN & LEFT/RIGHT Direction (1)
(1) Left: Check for poor connection at outside mirror switch term "C" or open CKT 82 to the outside mirror switch. Right: Check for poor connection at outside mirror switch term "F" or open CKT 89 to the outside mirror switch.
