Removal & Installation
Carefully remove 4 screws from regulator cover. Remove spring and diaphragm assembly. Inspect regulator seat in TBI body for scratches and pits. Replace TBI body if damaged. Install new regulator diaphragm assembly, ensuring it is seated in groove of TBI body. Install regulator spring and cover. Use a thread locking compound on cover screws and tighten to 22 INCH lbs. (2.5 N.m). Turn ignition on and check for fuel leaks.
