Reassembly & Installation
- Clean distributor base and module. Apply heat dissipating silicone lubricant to mounting surfaces of distributor and module. Refit module to distributor and reconnect wiring connectors to module.
- Install pick-up coil and "wave" washer. Assemble shaft, tang drive and roll pin. Install roll pin retaining spring. Spin shaft to check clearance. Adjust pick-up coil if necessary. Install rotor and cap. To install, reverse removal procedure.
