Fuel Cut-Off

Fuel is not delivered when ignition is turned off to prevent dieseling. Fuel is not delivered if reference pulses are not sent by distributor even with ignition on. This prevents flooding before starting. Fuel cut-off will also occur at high engine RPM to prevent internal damage to engine.
