Turbine Assembly

The turbine assembly is connected to the compressor by a shaft. When turbine wheel turns, compressor wheel must turn. Hot exhaust gas is fed into turbine through a tube. Gas hitting the turbine blades causes blades to spin. The more exhaust gas piped to turbine, the faster both units will spin. Thus, the turbocharger assembly can produce more power as demand increases.
