NOTE:
This adjustment not required on Buick Synchro-mesh and all Chevrolet cars (see SECONDARY THROTTLE LOCKOUT ). On Cadillac, be sure Fast Idle Setting (Off Engine) and Choke Rod Adjustment have been made first.
