Anti-Lock Brake System- TEVES Mark 20: Description

The Teves Mark 20 anti-lock brake system prevents wheel lock-up during heavy braking conditions, allowing driver to maintain vehicle directional stability. The 4 channel system components include ABS fluid accumulators, ABS fuse, Amber ABS warning light, Controller Anti-Lock Brake (CAB), Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU), Hydraulic Pump, inlet valves and solenoids, outlet valves and solenoids, proportioning valves, pump and motor assembly, Red BRAKE warning light, traction control switch (if equipped) and wheel speed sensors.

The Teves Mark 20 system uses a diagonal-split, hydraulic brake system. The system primary circuit controls right front and left rear wheels. Secondary circuit controls left front and right rear wheels.
