Intake Air Temperature Sensor (2.4L)

Intake air temperature delivers input signal to Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to indicate temperature of incoming intake air. PCM uses input signal for controlling fuel injector pulse width and spark advance. Intake air temperature sensor is screwed into rear of intake manifold, near cylinder head. See Figure .
