Instrument Cluster Test 1B - Inoperative Gauge

NOTE: Perform INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TEST 1A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform, after each repair, VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  .
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

Disconnect Mechanical Instrument Cluster (MIC) and ensure connectors are clean and not damaged. Remove inoperative gauge. Inspect printed circuit board and gauge connections. Repair printed circuit board as necessary. If printed circuit board is okay, replace inoperative gauge. Recalibrate gauge using scan tool.
