Information Center Test 1B - All Warning Lights Out
NOTE:
Perform INFORMATION CENTER TEST 1A
before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION
. For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS
. Perform, after each repair, VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE

CAUTION:
Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting any module connector.
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect information center connector. Using external voltmeter, measure voltage at terminal No. 10 (Brown/Pink wire) on information center connector. If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open Brown/Pink wire. If voltage is greater than 10 volts, go to next step.
- Using external voltmeter, measure voltage at terminal No. 12 (Pink wire) on information center connector. If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open Pink wire. If voltage is greater than 10 volts, go to next step.
- Remove ignition key. Turn off all lights and accessories. Close all doors. Using external ohmmeter, measure resistance at terminal No. 3 (Black wire) on information center connector. If resistance is 5 ohms or greater, repair open Black wire. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, go to next step.
- Inspect information center circuit board. If circuit board appears defective, repair or replace as needed. If circuit board does not appear defective, perform INFORMATION CENTER TEST 1A .
