CMTC Test 6A - Elapsed Time Inoperative Or Wrong

NOTE: Perform CMTC TEST 1A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform, after each repair, VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  .
NOTE: For CMTC wiring diagram, see INSTRUMENT PANEL - ANALOG article.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting any module connector.

Cycle ignition switch off, then on. Observe instrument cluster warning lights. If lights illuminate, then go off, replace Body Control Module (BCM). BCM is located with junction block under driver's side instrument panel. See Figure
