Instrument Cluster Test 6A - Gauges Do Not Zero When Key Is Turned Off

NOTE: Perform INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TEST 1A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal ID, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  and WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

Turn ignition off. Disconnect instrument cluster and ensure connectors are clean and not damaged. Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, measure voltage at terminal No. 2 (Pink wire) on instrument cluster 13-pin connector. If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open Pink wire. If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace instrument cluster circuit board. Recalibrate gauges using scan tool.
