TEST 32C - Repairing Faulty Warning Light Condition

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For appropriate wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS .
  1. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect Mechanical Instrument Cluster (MIC) connector. Check connector, and clean or repair connector as necessary. Remove inoperative warning light bulb. Inspect bulb. Replace bulb as necessary. Perform VERIFICATION TEST - VERIFICATION OF REPAIRS .
  2. If bulb is okay, inspect printed circuit board. Repair or replace circuit board as necessary. Perform VERIFICATION TEST - VERIFICATION OF REPAIRS . If circuit board is okay, replace MIC printed circuit board. Perform VERIFICATION TEST - VERIFICATION OF REPAIRS .
