Cruise Control Systems: Description

The cruise control system is electronically controlled and vacuum operated. The electronic control is integrated into the Single Board Engine Controller (SBEC). System consists of the following components: SBEC, servo, cruise control switch panel, vacuum reservoir, distance sensor, brake switch and Park/Neutral switch (automatic transmission). System controls are located on the steering wheel and consist of ON/OFF, RESUME/ACCEL, and SET/DECEL or SET/COAST buttons.
