Component Testing & Inspection: Resistor
Disconnect resistor harness connector and measure resistance between terminal No. 1 and other terminals one at a time. See Fig 1 . If resistance is 5.5-6.5 ohms, resistor is good. If resistance measures zero or abnormally large, resistor has short or open circuit and should be replaced.
