Throttle Control

The throttle control system is used to maintain or raise engine speed for certain conditions. The conditions when engine speed is raised are during A/C or heated rear window operation, or during timer operation. There are 2 timers used in this system. When the engine is started, one of the timers provides a 2 second delay, during which engine speed is raised. When the throttle is closed, another timer prevents the throttle from closing all the way immediately.
