Power Windows: Description

The Chrysler Corp. electric window system consists of motors in each front door, switches to operate the motors, wiring harnesses and necessary connections. Window motors are permanent magnet type.

A positive or negative battery connection to either of the two motor terminals will cause the motor to rotate in one direction. Reversing current, will cause motor to rotate in opposite direction. Each motor is grounded through the master switch.
