Alternator - BOSCH: Description

The alternator has 6 built in rectifiers that converter A.C. current (alternating current) into D.C. current (direct current). Current at the output terminal of the alternator is D.C. current. The main components of this alternator are the rotor, stator, rectifiers, end shields, fan and the drive pulley.
