Power Steering Pump

There are 3 different pumps used on these models: "A", "B" and "C". The "A" pump uses a retaining ring to hold pump end plate to pump housing and uses a separate reservoir. Pumps "B" and "C" use bolts to hold pump end plate to pump body. Pump "B" uses a separate reservoir while pump "C" uses an integral reservoir. Pump "A" can be used on all models. Pump "B" is only used on Challenger, Colt Wagon and Sapporo models. Pump "C" is only used on pickup models. All pumps are constant displacement vane type and are belt driven by the crankshaft.
