Pushbutton Controls: "Hi-Def"

Same as "LO-DEF" except that blower will operate at highest speed only and discharge air will be maximum temperature. Both "LO-DEF" and "Hl-DEF" positions override a vacuum circuit to start blower, regardless of engine coolant temperature. If system is returned to either "LO-AUTO" or "HI-AUTO" after defrost mode has been employed, blower will continue to run, even though engine coolant temperature is still below 125°F. Blower may be turned off by depressing the "OFF" button. In all modes except "OFF" and "VENT", compressor will run if ambient temperature is above 32°F.
