Idle Speed & Mixture: Notes

NOTE: Adjust with engine at normal operating temperature with Headlights on High Beam (cars with alternator) and Air Conditioning ON (if so equipped). On automatic transmission cars, unsnap ball joint connection at accelerator shaft bellcrank before adjusting idle speed. After adjustment completed, adjust ball joint connector to mate exactly with socket and snap it into place.
