Fuel Evaporation System: Description

NOTE: Information for models equipped with 2.8L engines not available.

The fuel evaporation system is designed to prevent fuel vapor from entering atmosphere. The system consists of a non-vented fuel tank cap, relief valve, thermoswitch, purge valve, charcoal canister, and connecting hoses.
