Installation Procedure

  1. Install the stabilizer shaft insulators to the stabilizer shaft.
  2. Install the stabilizer shaft.
  3. Install the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp mounting nuts. Tighten stabilizer shaft insulator clamp mounting nuts to 70 N.m (52 lb ft).
  4. Connect the stabilizer shaft links to the stabilizer shaft. See Figure. Hand tighten only.
  5. Install the stabilizer shaft links to stabilizer shaft retaining nuts. Tighten stabilizer shaft links to stabilizer shaft retaining nuts to 100 N.m (74 lb ft).
  6. Install the tire and wheel.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
