Engine is running.
System voltage is 10-18 volts.
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is 19-266°F (7-130°C).
Throttle angle is steady.
A/C compressor clutch is not changing state.
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) flow test is inactive.
Fuel level is more than 10 percent.
The fuel cut-off or Decel Fuel Cut-Off (DFCO) mode is not active.
PCM is not receiving a rough road signal.
