Engine has run more than 30 seconds and for less than 20 minutes.
The minimum Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is more than 19°F (-7°C).
Engine coolant temperature at start-up is less than 104°F (40°C).
Vehicle has traveled more than 0.5 miles at more than 25 MPH (40 km/h).
Mass Airflow (MAF) calculated is more than 15 g/s.
