Propeller Shaft Removal/Installation: Notes

  1. Remove the crossmember bracket. See REAR CROSSMEMBER .
  2. Remove the rear crossbar (only vehicle equipped with 16 inch wheel). See DIFFERENTIAL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  3. Remove the pre-silencer. See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [BP] or EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [BP WITH TC] .
  4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
