Code Enable Criteria

Engine speed is more than 250 RPM.
Ignition 1 signal is 9-18 volts.
Throttle Position (TP) sensor angle is less than 50 percent.
TP sensor angle is steady within a range of less than 1.5 percent.
Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor signal is steady and less than .4 psi (3 kPa).
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) position sensor signal is less than 100 percent.
Evaporative Emission (EVAP) purge solenoid command is less than 100 percent.
All listed conditions are stable for at least 5 seconds.
