Circuit Description

HO2S are used to minimize the amount of time required to enter closed loop fuel control operation to allow accurate catalyst monitoring. The HO2S heater is powered directly from ignition circuit and heater ground is controlled by PCM. DTC will set when HO2S current is not within a calibrated range.
