DTC B1334: Device Power No. 2 (Low Current) Circuit Open: Testing
- Perform BCM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK . Go to next step.
- Connect scan tool to DLC. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. In BCM input data list, monitor battery power 2 parameter. If both parameters show as active, go to DIAGNOSTIC AIDS . If both parameters do not show as active, go to next step.
- Check for open or poor connection in circuit that does not display as active. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair as necessary. After repair go to step 6 . If circuit is okay, go to next step.
- Check for poor terminal contact art BCM harness connector. Repair as necessary. After repair go to step 6 . If terminal contact is okay, go to next step.
- Replace BCM. See BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Perform new BCM setup. See NEW BCM SETUP under PROGRAMMING. After programming BCM, go to next step.
- Clear DTCs. Operate vehicle within conditions that will cause DTC to set. Check DTCs. If DTC B1334 resets, go to step 2 . If DTC does not reset, system is okay at this time.
