DTC B2600: DRL Error: Testing

  1. If body function controller (BFC) diagnostic system check has been performed, go to next step. If body function controller (BFC) diagnostic system check has not been performed, go toBODY FUNCTION CONTROLLER (BFC) DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  under SYSTEM TESTS.
  2. If any other DRL DTCs exist, go to next step. If no other DRL DTCs exist, go to step  4 .
  3. Repair all other DRL DTCs. See BFC DTC DEFINITIONS  table under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. If system is operating properly, go to step  5 . If system is not operating properly, go to next step.
  4. Clear DTCs. Check for DTCs. If DTC B2600 exists, repair DRL and/or headlights as necessary. See appropriate wiring diagram in HEADLIGHT SYSTEMS & DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS article. If DTC B2600 does not exist, go to BODY FUNCTION CONTROLLER (BFC) DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  under SYSTEM TESTS.
  5. Reconnect all disconnected components and connectors. Clear DTCs. Perform BODY FUNCTION CONTROLLER (BFC) DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  under SYSTEM TESTS.
