Preliminary Checks: Notes
- If power accessory circuit breaker opens whenever power seat switch is operated, check circuits for a short to ground. If entire seat does not move up and down, replace front seat switch. Ensure ground connections are clean and tight. Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment.
- Check for broken or partially broken wire inside of insulation, which could cause system malfunction but prove good in a continuity/voltage check with system disconnected. These circuits may be intermittent or resistive when loaded. Check by monitoring for voltage drop with system under load.
