Diagnostic Aids

The following conditions may cause an intermittent:

Intermittent open or short to ground in circuit No. 253 (Brown wire).
Internal open or short to ground in BCM.

DTC will set if rear compartment release relay coil is open or BCM has internal open or short malfunction.
