Circuit Description

BCM receives voltage from Remote Control Door Lock Receiver (RCDLR) indicating which operation needs to be accomplished. DTC will set if BCM detects a voltage reading it does not recognize from the RCDLR. No driver warning message will be displayed.

A current DTC B2806 is cleared automatically at conclusion of message containing parity error. If conditions for malfunction no longer exist, history DTC will clear after 100 consecutive ignition cycles. DTC B2806 will also clear when scan tool is used to clear codes.
