Left Outside Mirror Does Not Move Manually

NOTE: After repair or component replacement is completed, perform appropriate MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING  to verify system is functioning properly.
  1. Perform POWER MIRROR MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING. Go to next step.
  2. Using mirror select switch, select left mirror. Using test light, backprobe between outside mirror switch terminals No. 8 (Orange wire) and No. 12 (Light Green wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 7).
  3. Using test light, backprobe between outside mirror switch terminals No. 8 (Orange wire) and No. 11 (White wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 7).
  4. Using test light, backprobe between outside mirror switch terminal No. 8 (Orange wire) and memory seat/mirror module Blue, 32-pin connector C1, terminal C8 (Light Green wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 8).
  5. Using test light, backprobe between outside mirror switch terminal No. 8 (Orange wire) and memory seat/mirror module connector C1, terminal D11 (White wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 9).
  6. Replace memory seat/mirror module. See MEMORY SEAT/MIRROR MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  7. Replace outside mirror switch.
  8. Repair open in Light Green wire between outside mirror switch and memory seat/mirror module connector C1.
  9. Repair open in White wire between outside mirror switch and memory seat/mirror module connector C1.
