Front-End Discriminating Sensor: Removal

- Before proceeding, see SERVICE PRECAUTIONS . Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
- Forward discriminating sensor is located next to hood latch bracket. See Fig 1 . Sensor harness Yellow 2-pin connector is located in front of fluid reservoir. Remove CPA clip and disconnect sensor connector. Remove sensor mounting fasteners. Remove sensor.
