UTD System

Ensure parking lights, low beam headlights, horn and electrical door locks operate. Check SECURITY indicator by ensuring headlights and parking lights are off. Open a window to unlock a door without using a key. SECURITY indicator should not illuminate.
Check UTD system fuses. If system is intermittent, check component connectors for tight connections and clean terminals. Check fuse No. 1D in instrument panel fuse box, and fuses No. 2 and 3 in relay center located at far right side or passenger compartment, below instrument panel.
