Courtesy Lights Do Not Light When Unlock Function Is Operated, But Operate Normally When Any Door Is Open (Door Locks Operate Normally)

  1. Disconnect remote keyless entry module connectors C1 and C2. Connect test light between Pink wire at module connector C2 and ground. If test light comes on, go to next step. If test light does not come on, repair open circuit in Pink wire.
  2. Connect fused jumper wire between remote keyless entry module connector C2 (White wire) and ground. If courtesy lights come on, check remote keyless entry module connector C2 for a poor connection. If connection is okay, replace remote keyless entry module. If courtesy lights do not come on, repair open circuit in White wire.
