Speedometer Inaccurate

Connect scan tester to Data Link Connector (DLC). Drive vehicle and compare scan tester speed display to IPC speed. If both speeds agree, check for correct tire size, PCM mem-cal, and/or vehicle speed sensor. If both speeds do not agree, replace IPC.
