Code 63, Cruise Control Set Speed Vehicle Speed Mismatch: Notes

Code will set if cruise control is engaged, servo position is 39 percent or greater and vehicle speed to set speed difference is 20 MPH or higher for 0.5 second.

1. If Code 75 is also set, use that code chart first.
2. Checks if PCM and circuitry to cruise control servo is okay (measure 4.6-5.1 volts).
3. Checks servo position sensor input high circuit for short to voltage.
4. Checks if cruise control servo is able to respond correctly to the signal from the PCM.
