Left Master Switch Assembly Operation

When the Ignition Switch is in RUN, battery voltage is applied to the Left Master Switch Assembly through the POWER WINDOW Circuit Breaker and the PNK wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .

When any of the UP switches in the Left Master Switch Assembly are operated, battery voltage is applied to the Window Motor. The Window Motor is grounded through the DOWN contact in the Left Master Switch Assembly. The motor runs drive the window up. When any DOWN switches in the Left Master Switch Assembly are operated, battery voltage is applied to the Window Motor in the opposite direction. The Window Motor is grounded through the UP contact in the Left Master Switch Assembly. The motor runs to drive the window down.

If the Left Front DOWN Switch in the Left Master Switch Assembly is momentarily pressed down past the first detent, the window will travel to the fully down position.
