Speedometer Does Not Function And ECM Code 24 Is Set

Gear selector in neutral. Raise all wheels off ground. Check voltage between connector C8 (Yellow) and C2 (Purple) for 0.1 to 0.5 VAC while turning drive wheels by hand. If voltage is correct, replace ECM. If voltage is incorrect, check for open circuit in Yellow and Purple wires. If wires are okay, replace Vehicle Speed Sensor.
