Window Regulator: Removal

NOTE: Numbers references in text coincide with numbers in illustration to aid in removal and installation. For front doors, see Figure . For rear doors, see Figure .
  1. Remove door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL  .
  2. Remove armrest bracket.
  3. Raise the window to the full-up position, secure the glass to the door frame using cloth backed tape. Remove water deflector. See WATER DEFLECTOR  .
  4. Remove rivets (27) securing the regulator to the door inner panel.
  5. Remove regulator lift arm roller from the window mount sash.
  6. Remove regulator (28) from the door.
