Trouble Shooting: Convertible

NOTE: If a motor's internal circuit breaker trips, it will not reset until voltage is removed from the motor.

NOTE: Check window motor and linkage for mechanical binding before replacing motor.

If windows do not operate, verify ground is clean and tight. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
If the four-way autodown feature does not operate, but all other window functions operate, replace the autodown module. See AUTODOWN MODULE under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
If problem is not found, diagnose problem by symptom. See Fig 1 .
