Ensure charging system is operating, battery is fully charged and instrument panel wiring is okay. See appropriate ALTERNATORS & REGULATORS article in ELECTRICAL. If charging system is operating, battery is fully charged and instrument panel wiring is okay, repair or replace voltmeter.
