SYSTEM CHECK
| Action | Normal Result |
|---|---|
| With driver's safety belt buckled, open driver's door | Lap belt and shoulder belt extend smoothly, driver's door opens freely |
| Sit in driver's seat and close the door | Lap belt and shoulder belt retract to fit driver |
| Turn ignition switch to RUN | FASTEN BELTS indicator lights, then goes off |
| With ignition switch in RUN open the driver's door | FASTEN BELTS indicator is lit as long as door is open |
| Repeat the above steps from the passenger's side | Results are similar to above results |
