Throttle Body: Installation

Reverse removal procedure using new gasket. Tighten retaining bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table at end of article. Fill cooling system.
If a new IAC is being installed, ensure proper length setting prior to installation. See IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION in this article. Adjust idle speed and TPS (if removed). See appropriate article in TUNE-UP section.
