Anti-Theft System: Operation

Anti-theft system is "armed" when all windows are closed, ignition key is removed, and doors are locked. When forced entry is attempted, alarm warning system will trip, causing horn to sound intermittently and exterior lights to flash for 3 to 7 minutes. On models with a starter interrupt relay, starter will cease to function. System is "disarmed" by unlocking either front door with key or by turning ignition on.
