Chart 3, Compressor Always Engaged (TORONADO)

Chart 3 is used whenever the A/C compressor remains engaged when the A/C mode is "OFF" on the ECC.

1. This step checks to see if the fault is due to mechanical binding of the clutch and shorted control signal, or faulty signal to the power module.
2. This step checks to see if the faulty signal to the power module is due to a fault in the power module or in the ECM and its control signal circuit.
3. This step checks to see if the fault is due to mechanical binding of the clutch or a shorted control signal circuit, including the relay.
