Sunload Sensor

The sunload sensor is located under the defogger grille at the base of the windshield. This sensor senses the heat load of sun on the vehicle. The BCM then uses this value to compare with the in-car temperature to determine how much cooling is necessary to maintain the selected interior temperature.
