Removal and Installation

REMOVAL 

CAUTION:

If replacing BCM, perform "ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REPLACING CONTROL UNIT (BCM) ". Refer to Description .

  1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal. Refer to Battery Disconnect .
  2. Remove the instrument lower panel LH. Refer to Removal and Installation .
  3. Remove the screws (A).

  4. Disconnect the harness connectors from BCM and remove the BCM (1).

INSTALLATION 

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

If replacing BCM, perform "ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REPLACING CONTROL UNIT (BCM) ". Refer to Description .
